Our team is composed of passionate individuals who have strong leadership skills and experience in inclusive growth projects.  The combined strengths of our team allow us to have sufficient abilities and skills to support our partners, and at the same time be highly-driven toward our intended social impact.

Our staff is a mix of young talented individuals who are trained in startups, and our growth managers are MSME founders themselves who also have pioneered investment-based projects both in the government and private sectors. 

Team Kuyaw is composed of writers, artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and advocates who put their hearts into each output, making our projects kuyaw!

Our Founder

Liezel Flores SALERA-MANABAT

Liezel is a social entrepreneur from Davao City who is a committed advocate of inclusive development in Mindanao. She is the founder of Buoyancies Business Accelerated and Kuyaw! Community Lifestyle Shop.  Her passion lies in incubating and managing social businesses that increase market and development opportunities for MSMEs and marginalized communities.  Her experience covers roles in organizational and community development, business process analysis, social enterprise, consultancy, and civil service.

While wearing many hats, she dedicates her career to designing and implementing inclusive, sustainable, and community-based solutions. She obtained her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Davao University and is happily married with one child.
